During holidays, promotions, or periods of higher order volume, processing may take up to 6 business days.

Shipping Fee

A flat $6.99 shipping fee applies to each order unless another rate is displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery

Typical delivery estimates are:

United States: 8–14 business days
Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 10–16 business days
Other International Destinations: 14–21 business days

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

Carrier delays, customs review, severe weather, or peak shopping periods may affect arrival times.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email.

Tracking may require 1–3 business days to update after the shipping confirmation is issued.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees required by their destination country.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless clearly stated at checkout.

Customs processing may also extend delivery times.

Order Changes

If you need to correct a shipping address or request a cancellation, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the package or item.

If a carrier officially confirms that a shipment was lost in transit, our team will review the order and arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.
