Returns & Refunds

We want every Lvuhxtraβ„’ order to arrive as expected. If something is not right, the following guidelines explain how returns and refunds are handled.

30-Day Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned sleepwear and loungewear must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In original condition

  • Returned with original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery may not qualify.

Please include your order number and the item you wish to return. If approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Order Problems

Please inspect your package after delivery.

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, contact us promptly with your order details so our team can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Items We Cannot Accept

Returns are generally unavailable for:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized merchandise

  • Items marked final sale

  • Products returned in worn, washed, or altered condition

Contact us before returning an item if you are unsure about eligibility.

Exchanges

For a different size, color, or style, the simplest option is to return the eligible original item and place a new order for your preferred replacement.

EU Customers

Customers receiving orders in the European Union may have a 14-day cancellation or withdrawal right, subject to applicable requirements.

Returned merchandise must remain unused and in its original condition with proof of purchase.

Refund Timing

After your return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Processing may take up to 10 business days, with additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, contact us for assistance.

Return Information

Do not send merchandise back until return instructions have been issued.
